THE PLATFORM DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE.

You acknowledge:

  • The Platform is not a doctor or medical provider
  • It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition
  • All outputs are informational only

You must consult a licensed healthcare provider before making medical decisions. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

4. No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Use of the Platform does not create a doctor-patient relationship.

5. AI Limitations Disclosure

You understand:

  • Outputs are generated by artificial intelligence
  • Information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated
  • Results are probabilistic and not guaranteed

6. Assumption of Risk

You agree:

  • You use the Platform at your own risk
  • You are solely responsible for actions taken based on outputs

7. Liability Waiver & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

InsidersHealth.ai shall not be liable for:

  • Health outcomes
  • Injuries or damages
  • Errors or omissions
  • Reliance on AI-generated information

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InsidersHealth.ai from any claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Violation of these Terms

9. Free Trial & Subscription Terms

9.1 Free Trial

  • 7-day free trial for new users
  • Full access during trial

9.2 Automatic Billing

Unless canceled before the trial ends, you will be charged based on your platform and selected plan:

Monthly Plan

  • Parent: $12.99/month
  • Family Member: $6.50/month (50% discount)

Yearly Plan

  • Parent: $99.99/year ($8.33/month equivalent)
  • Family Member: $49.99/year (50% discount)

iOS (Apple App Store) Pricing

Monthly Plan

  • Parent: $12.99/month
  • Family Member: $6.50/month (50% discount)

Yearly Plan

  • Parent: $99.99/year ($8.39/month equivalent)
  • Family Member: $49.99/year ($4.19/month equivalent-50% discount) You authorize automatic billing.

9.3 Auto-Renewal

  • Monthly plans renew every 30 days
  • Annual plans renew every 12 months

9.4 Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
  • Access continues until the end of the billing period
  • No partial refunds

9.5 Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, unless required by law.

9.6 Token Usage Policy

Each paid subscription includes 1,000,000 AI tokens per billing cycle. Your token allowance automatically resets at the start of each new billing cycle, provided your subscription remains active. Unused tokens do not roll over to future billing cycles. Once your token allowance has been exhausted, access to AI-powered agents will stop for that particular month.

10. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform as a substitute for medical care
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Use the Platform unlawfully
  • Attempt to exploit or reverse engineer the system

11. AI-Powered Features

The application includes artificial intelligence ("AI") features that provide personalized health insights, nutrition recommendations, meal plans, wellness guidance, and related content.

By using the AI-powered features, you acknowledge and agree that:

1.Information you provide may be processed by our third-party AI service provider to generate responses and recommendations.

2.Only the information necessary to provide the requested AI service will be shared with the AI service provider.

3.AI-generated content is provided for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional healthcare services.

4.You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical, nutritional, fitness, or health-related decisions based on AI-generated recommendations.

5.While we strive to provide useful and accurate information, AI-generated responses may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, and we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of such content.

6.We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue AI-powered features at any time.

12. Intellectual Property

All content and technology are owned by InsidersHealth.ai.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission.

13. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party integrations
  • External content or services

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of: [State of Florida, USA]

16. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through:

  • Binding arbitration
  • No class actions
